This summer my family ventured to downtown Nashville to explore. We live just south of Nashville in a suburb but don’t get downtown that often and so we decided to try some local activities. We discovered a great indoor family activity right in downtown Nashville! Puttshack is an indoor mini golf course, plus they have food and fun drinks too!
Puttshack offers two courses that are family friendly and two courses that are adults only. All of the mini golf courses are themed with fun carnival or game show games. I loved that instead of just keeping score of your strokes you actually earn points as you go! You can earn points by hitting par, getting a hole in one or hitting certain tricky shots. You can also get points taken away if you hit hazards or get bogeys, which makes for a fun contest!
The vibe is so cool with dark wood floors and mood lighting and will appeal to all ages. We enjoyed a Peach Bellini Cocktail and Sweet Tea while we played and had such a blast! There is also a lounge area with couches and tables for dining as well.
I do recommend making reservations for your course time ahead of time as it is a popular place! We got there just before our time and there was quite a large amount of people waiting for their reservation but they got us started in no time.
Definitely add this great indoor family activity to your trip plans when you visit Nashville, would make for a fun outing for families or for a girls or guys trip too!
