sgraves28 Disney World’s Art of Animation is such a fun resort especially for kids! We stayed there a couple years ago and had the best experience. From the moment you pull in, it immerses you into Disney Animation! Here’s just a few of my favorite reasons for why Art of Animation is the best Disney Resort for families.
The larger than life statues and details from some favorite Disney movies make everything feel so magical and transport you right into the stories they are depicting. We loved exploring each area and taking fun photos all around the resort which is a fun free activity to do!
There are options for families of all sizes, they have suites in their Cars, Nemo and Lion King themed areas and standard rooms in their Little Mermaid area. Each room or suite is fully decked out in details and themes to perfectly match their respective movie making the Disney magic truly come to life.
Not only do they have three pools for fun in the sun, the main: the Big Blue Pool, the Flippin Fins pool in the Little Mermaid area & the Cozy Cone pool in the Cars area; but they also feature a Nemo themed splash pad and Nemo and Lion King play areas too!
Be sure and check the activities board during your stay for special activities by the main pool, movies on the lawn, campfire s’mores, pool parties, etc.
One of my favorite perks is that this resort is right on the skyliner route for easy access to Hollywood Studios & Epcot!
