Three Tips to Avoid Mom Burnout During the Holidays

We all know the holidays can be hectic and with so much going on it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and get burned out. Here’s 3 Tips that I’ve found to be helpful to avoid mom burnout drying the holidays!

Tips to Avoid Mom Burnout

1. Prep ahead!: Lay out any items you need for the next day the night before. Prep holiday dishes as much in advance as you can.

2. Take a few moments for yourself each day! Whether that’s just enjoying a hot cocoa by the light of the Christmas tree, doing your nails (check out my favorite diy nails here) or taking a nice soothing bath with your favorite music.

3. Prioritize your to do list! Organize it into must-do’s and hope-to-do’s. So knock out those must do items first and then if you get to the other’s great! If not, save them for another day.
