When things feel heavy or I’m feeling overwhelmed with mom life and juggling all the things, here’s five easy ways to infuse joy into your day! And these all work great with kids too!!

1: Go grab your favorite drink or special treat! Treating myself with my favorite coffee or treat always lifts my mood!
2: Dance it out! A 5-10 min dance break can work wonders to lift your spirits! It’s a great workout too, haha! And with your kids it helps get their energy out too.

3: Get outside for a walk or go somewhere for a change of scenery. Breaks up the day and shifts perspective.
4: Focus on three things you are grateful for, can be big or small! Shifting to gratitude really helps your mindset and get your mind off of whatever is stressing you.

5: Do some sort of self care. As moms we often put ourselves last but it’s so important to take breaks and do something for yourself. helps you to feel refreshed and manage your stress! My favorite is doing my nails myself (Color Street nail strips are my fave method) or taking a hot shower, a bath bomb or spa treatment!
